4.1 Return Policy

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. If an order is returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price may be issued. In the case of a damaged or defective product, a free reprint or refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the Printify.me support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof. Certain conditions may apply.
